Room 306 : Monday Afternoon
This morning, Theo had woken up with the realization that he'd been away from home for an entire summer. It hadn't seemed that long all things considered and Theo was pretty surprised he hadn't gotten homesick all that often. He missed Thom and Kiori but it wasn't like his parents were at home, yearning for their youngest to come home. He'd barely heard from them the entire summer. They were busy, he knew, but that probably contributed to it being easy to stay here.
He didn't have to worry about classes today so he'd taken advantage of the nice morning and gone out skateboarding. He'd done that for a few hours before stopping to get some lunch and eventually coming back to his room. The skateboard got dropped on the floor and he dropped himself on his bed with a long sigh.
He crossed his feet at the ankle and opened up the bag of sandwiches he'd bought in town. Any calories he'd burned while skateboarding were probably gonna go right back on him with his meal but he didn't care. Dev supported this decision wholeheartedly.
