Room 306 : Tuesday Afternoon
So, Theo had finished his first term ever at his new school. It hadn't been that bad, actually. He'd gotten to eat a lot of good food and he'd managed not to die once. Sure, he'd maybe gotten a headache or two and he'd had to do a lot of laundry but he'd gotten by and he was pretty proud of himself.
The extent of Theo's celebration was going to be sprawling out on his bed with his phone to his ear. He hadn't talked to Thom in a long time and he needed to be filled in on what was going on back home. Apparently, Kiori was into some new guy (boo) and Walker had apparently tripped and fallen face first into a plate of pizza in lunch the other day (yay). And Thom assured him that there didn't seem to be any aftereffects of the battle they'd all been in a few months ago (yay).
Theo filled him in about Dev and Ange's goings on and Thom had him pass on a message to the both of them that they were missed. Once the conversation ended, Theo hung up and leaned back against his pillows.
He sighed and hoped Ange and Dev would give him some silence before they started urging him onto other things. He was tired. Bamboo was painful.
