Fear enters my heart creeping in and tangling with the vines of your words mean so much to me but you’re not talking to me so I don’t know how you feel about my emotions so strong they threaten to smother me alone is how I’ve felt since telling you about them because your reaction was silence fills the air and deafens me to where all I can hear is my pounding heart and my empty lungs that won’t fill with the air I need to breathe but I can’t until I hear you say something to reassure me that all is well and that I haven’t taken the one step towards losing you
