I have been quite busy since my last entry. Aside from working many hours as usual I went to a horse show, and made it up to Frankenmuth.
Work has been going well with nothing really worth noting aside from the "Torch Lake" running over a tree and sustaining only minimal damage. The horse show was really fun! It is amazing all it takes to put one of those together...but it is all worth it to see so many of those beautiful creatures strutting their stuff.
Life is looking brighter than it has in quite some time. I have a job I love, I'm making/have made many new friends among other things. It's funny how after one gives up on a certain aspect of their life, or their own being, things have a way of unfolding in a very positive manner. For instance, if someone were to go through a very emotionally damaging relationship and had then feared...if not believed....that they would never be able to open themselves up to anyone or even conceive of caring for someone ever again even after a great deal of time had passed....not for lack of wanting to be able to. Then, much to their surprise...........one realizes just how important another has become.
Mean while the cat is playing with a new toy and loving life not knowing all that we go through on a day to day basis. Must be nice!
