+i have been here 2 weeks today. I am having mixed feelings about this place. I really want to come home and see my friends--and party. I do have fun here sometimes. Here is a quick list of the fun things that has happened over the past 2 weeks:
1. the first wednesday night everybody went dancing at the players club. well not everybody, but a lot of us girls. there were only prolly about 4 guys that decided to come along. One guy, Gary, was kinda cute so all of us girl would dance with him.
2. the first saturday we went to Estes Park and went horse back riding. that was lots of fun for the most part. that night my roomate Tori, this girl Claudia and I were playing pool and these 2 guys were kinda fightin over who could ask for my #, one guy gave me 2 roses- one yellow one red.
3. i think it was last tuesday- the counselor Marcy and I went to a kotton mouth kings show. it was pretty funny because out of everybody in this program we are prolly the 2 that people would least likely think would go to the show, she is more into DMB and Creed. but we had fun. we met the tour manager for kotton mouth kings. he actually grew up in silver spring. he invited marcy and i to hang out with them after the show, but of course we had to be back to campus by 11:30 so we said we couldnt, but she was pretty cool and instead of tellin them we were in a SUMMER STUDY PROGRAM, she just said we were cousins and we just wanted to stop in for a show for a lil bit.
4. Thursday night- i went and saw Pirates of the Caribbean which was AWSOME!! i recommend everybody to go see it, NOW! after that movie i decided to stay and see HOW TO DEAL- that movie sucked!! It makes Britney Spears' movie Crossroads look really good. and thats sad cause that movie sucked too.
5. This past saturday we went to the Boulder reservoir. that was fun.
6. yesterday we went white water rafting. my group was lots of fun. we were the BUTT boat because we were the last boat. our guide was pretty hot. the water was pretty cold. but we had fun makin our human raft. this one boat got tipped over, and this other boat had 3 people get knocked over, but our boat was awsome. we got to go swimming tho which was nice.
then we went to the Royal Gorge. that was awsome. it has the highest suspension bridge in the world there. and cars can drive over it too. it was kinda scary, but fun.
7. today- i am supposed to be in class right now but i got my period the other day and my cramps are so bad that i dont feel like going.
