So, I guess the month of August came and went. I hadn't had a chance to say anything here, but it was kind of a busy month for me. It's strange. I mean, we're all here from different places. And sometimes we're reminded when we least expect it that we can't handle something. I had that during August. I'm not-I mean, I'm not mad, or anything, at the person who, well, got taken over, but it was kind of a shock for me. Chuck was hurt. My best friend was hurt. Something supernatural happened.
I don't know. It just hit me.
Anyway, a lot of people were looking out for times to get the sports games started. Most people were interested in soccer, so I figured we'd start with that. Sundays are the best for me, and I figured they'd probably be the best for most others. If not Sunday, then Thursday. But I figured we'd all like Sunday more. Even if none of us are doing school and the daily grind is a little ... chaotic here, that might be easier. If that's not good, then I'll try for something else. But, well, I've got a job, too.
And I might have another one, actually. Or something like it. I'm not sure yet, but Christopher Chant was looking for a place to develop photos. Which ... I guess that'd be pretty important, wouldn't it? There are things for just about everything here, but not a 7-11? Or a Walgreens? I figured we could combine something like that here, but I was wondering if people would be interested. It seems like it's a lot easier to start or look into businesses here than it is back home, but hey, it might not be. And I know it's not like ... Victrola, or anything, but it's the sort of thing people might be looking out for. So, well, let us know if you're interested. Or you just want to help. We might be a little in over our heads once we start working on this.
As a final note: a poll. It came up once and I figured I should let people vote on it. And-I promise that's not a bad thing, Blair. It's a good thing. I mean, Batman, he's always got ideas, but it means that you actually can stand up to him.

I hope to hear from people about playing soccer (we could probably do two games, one that's for beginners, and then one that's advanced) and about the ... well, convenience store. Citygreens? I guess that's the best name I can come up with it, since it would do photos more than slurpees.

I'm putting in a good word for "Across the Universe." I know it's taken from The Beatles, but they're geniuses. People like when you borrow from The Beatles. It adds a good vibe to things.
