So, the meteor shower's pretty neat, huh? I considered making a wish on it, but I couldn't figure out what to wish for. Like I told someone last night, it's been pretty good for me here. My best friend, my girlfriend, Serena, and someone I like having around a lot. Plus, I've had the chance to talk to some pretty cool people. I guess things might change soon, but I'm happy with the way things are. Sorry if it hasn't been going that way for anyone else.
Anyway, I haven't said much since I got here. I'm Nate Archibald. Blair mentioned it and so did Chuck, but in case no one's been able to put a face to the name or would like to talk to me, here I am. I'm not sure anyone will, but why not?
Just one thing. Since we're all talking about wishes, I have one thing to ask. What small, maybe normal thing would you wish for? I don't mean normal like ... going home, or your friends being safe, but ... more along the lines of knowing if the Yankees are gonna get their act together this season or meeting Angelina Jolie. Or maybe there being a Pizza Hut here. I saw that somewhere. Knowing the electoral count's the other one, actually. I think Dan would like to wish to know that.
