Glad that Mark is getting disability and getting lots done around the house! But I also hope his cultures come back negative soon!

Yay for the furnace! I'm just sad that it is 5 months past the time you needed it most. But you survived the cold and now it is nice and warm outside! WOO! The house wren is back here, among many other birds, and the bog is chock full of frogs, and they are all serenading us. :)
As for Richard, even if you had pressed him for details and talked to him about what was bothering him, there is no guarantee that anything you could have said or done would have stopped him from killing himself. Sometimes people turn away from the hands and hearts that are reaching out to them. *hugs*
