A simultaneous "Muh." and "Meep!"

Hmm.

Well, the bad news; Mr Barrowman has seriously injured his ankle and appears to be immbolised (which must be hell for him - he's never off the go), and whilst it hasn't been confirmed that he won't be at the Torchwood preview next week, it seems fairly likely that he won't be.

I'll admit that my heart sank a little when I found out. Not that I blame him at all (and why would I? Not unless he was deliberately mashing his ankle with a hammer, and why did I just have that ridiculous thought?); I was just looking forward to seeing him again. Still, you can't have everything.

Anyway, the ridiculously brilliant, fantastic, wonderfully hubbly-bubbly news?

Eve Myles will be there. And Kai Owen. And Euros Lyn. And it's hosted by Caitlin Moran.

I just...the squee. There is so much, IT FLIPPING BURNS!

EVE MYLES! KAI OWEN! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

*jumps up and down*

And Caitlin Moran, too! I fell in love with her when I saw her interview Russell and John; she's cheeky and funny, and I read all her columns now.

Now that I know she's coming, and that there's going to be a Q & A, and that Tara's going to be with me, I think I may have to employ my famous, attention-grabbing red book again; the one that Tara had me waving around to get the attention of her, Russell and John during their Q & A at the Festival (and which had John giving me very odd looks). If it's worked once, it'll work twice! And we're in the third row this time, so double whammy!

(Although, I do need to actually think of a question, first.)

I'm already planning my day to a ridiculous degree; get up insanely early and catch the bus, attempt to figure out how the hell Oyster cards work, travel up to Tufnell Park and snap a picture of the Spaced house, go back down to Trafalgar Square and have a big slab of apple pie in the Café in the Crypt, then...wander. Have a lark. I love London, and I don't get to go there enough.

I'll have to try and find the theatre beforehand, as well; I'm terrible when I don't know things that I need to. Ask Tara; she'll relate many stories of me being an annoying basket-case.

Right, better be off. Eight days! Eeep!
