Putting a random question out there; is just under six hours long enough for a day trip to Cardiff?
I'm not sure why, but I've really wanted to go on a daytrip back up (or is it down?) there, recently. It doesn't take long to get to from where I live, and I figured I'd go on Sunday. Trouble is, the trains are a little later on Sunday; I'd get there by 11:50 and have to leave at 17:45. Or possibly 18:30. D'you think that's long enough for a daytrip? I fancied exploring the Bay a little more (and the Millenium Centre), and maybe attempting an outside view at some of the locations I want to pick for accommodation, because I haven't seen any of them. Was just wondering whether I'd have the time.
What do we think? Six-ish hours; not long enough? I'd rather go during the week, but I want to reserve next week for homework and revision, and I'll be busy on Monday evening.
God, I fail at spontaneity. I should just bite the bullet and go. I don't see it as a procrastination technique, either; I tend to do a lot of things to get out of revision, but I've actually got a lot done, so far, and one day out won't do any harm, particularly if I take some work with me. Why not?
Persuade me, whoever may be reading!
Actually, just had a thought; is there filming going on in Cardiff at the moment? That would be worth a look, if I knew where the hell it was happening. I'm not brilliant at keeping up with things like that.
