IN ROW D, NONETHELESS!
Oh, I can't believe how fast this has gone; two days ago I had no idea Russell and John would be in Cheltenham, now I have three tickets to both events, for me, Tara and Emma.
YAY!
I would be more excited; ecstatic and flailing with joy, even, but I spent the entire day yesterday feeling very, very ill (with symptoms a little too embarassing to describe) and very, very exhausted, which I think must have been due to a delayed reaction to jet-lag. It's a mark of my dedication (or possibly madness) that I trudged all the way to the Town Hall and back just to get the tickets. And my only reaction to them was a very flat, "Oh, yay. Can I go back to bed now?"
But I'm feeling much better today. So HURRAH! Barrowman in my town! I would say "within walking distance", but it isn't this time around; he's up at the Centaur, at the Racecourse, a location I've never visited, despite living here my entire life. Still, it's meant to be a massive place, and we're in Row D! ROW D! This'll be the third time I've seen John live, and every time I seem to be closer to the stage. Huzzah!
