The San Diego Zoo panda staff have announced that the newest wee panda, born in early August, is a girl! She is about four pounds.
Here she is! Like her brother and sisters and cousins, she will be named when she is 100 days old.
She is growing even faster than her mom's previous cubs.
If she is like them, she will be smart, fast and beautiful. I have no doubts.
