Skipping dat.
Anyway, I now finally have The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring: The Complete Recordings by Howard Shore. Good GOD! Finally being able to hear all of the themes and leitmotifs in their fullest has brought me to the realization that Howard Shore is the greatest modern film composer. Not ONE other person could have written the music for those films so well but him. I'm picking up The Two Towers tonight. It's actually $16 more expensive than the Fellowship set, but I believe that it is still well worth it. Anybody who wants to work in film scoring would do well to STUDY these scores.
It may be $76 for The Two Towers but it will be worth every damned penny.
