That's the beauty of goals, you can always move the goalposts =) Why shouldn't you aim for another 10/20lbs once you achieve your first target? It helps keep your motivation firing and that's what gets you down to the gym on a cold Monday morning ;)
In semi-related news, I've finally started putting a few pounds back on! \o/ I hit a low of 160lbs just before I was diagnosed, but that was due to burning muscle / fat for energy instead of the sugars in my blood. Now I'm back on a healthy regime & in control again, I'm hovering at around 168lbs - much closer to my ideal weight. Luckily it's mostly muscle I've put on, my poor little cycling legs were wasting away! Now if only I could get to work on my upper body again ;)
When I make it to 225, that will be the lightest I have been since high school. Still 25lbs higher than I was in high school, but I have more muscle than back then. If I am not satisfied with how I look at 225lbs, then I will make adjustments. I just want to look good in my bikini. :)
