Last night when working out, all I was looking forward to was getting over with. Not a good attitude. I hope that trend doesn't continue. I really like the weightlifting piece, so I am surprised at my attitude. I didn't do any cardio this morning, since I did legs last night and they are sore. I will get some in tonight after lifting.
I work out at Gold's Gym, where all the meat heads work out. It's funny to see the same guys doing the same muscle groups every time. They are usually the super big guys who are always wearing sweat pants. They never do legs, which is why they wear pants all the time. Gotta cover up those chicken legs. And of course they all walk around with their chest puffed out. Guess they are trying to make up for their short comings.
The diet I am on is pretty plain. Lots of proteins and whole grains. Not a lot of flavor. I am down 4lbs since Monday. My goal is to be 225 by the 4th of July. That roughly 14 weeks. If I can reach my goal of 2.5lbs lost per week, I will be happy. I guess we will see how it goes.
