Loss?
A since of panic hit her. She'd been working in her office, one of the boys watching over her son while he played in their room when it just fell over her in a wave. Something was wrong...
Startling the people in the hallway as she crashed out of the room and ran though the old school towards her son. Litterly pushing people over in her rush, noting giving one flying fuck if anyone got hurt in her panic.
Crashing into the room, she could see Tad sitting on the couch and then her eyes fell on Leo, who had a wooden block in his mouth and brown eyes staring up at her. He was safe, but that since of dread still sat heavy on her.
"Go, I'll take care of him from here. I'm done for today." Her voice was rough, causing a look from the man in the room but he was used to taking her orders and just left.
Pulling her son into her arms, she held him close. This feeling, it wasn't like the normal ones she'd get. This felt like someone was gone... she hadn't felt this since the Death...
Whispering a name she hadn't spoke in months, "Hermes..." and she didn't feel anything. It was emptyness instead.
And she knew something was wrong...
