holy hell
Haven't updated in a while... where to begin... Lots of family drama (and for once, its not my family, it's Ben's!). Too long to really write about, too emotionally involved to really feel ok divulging it to everyone (if you want to know, I'm happy to talk about it, but I don't want to just post it for all the world to see).
Uhm... Took Spud to the birdy shrink yeterday. Went VERY well. Ben went with me. Made me very happy. Dealing w/ birdy problems is very VERY similar to raising children.
Needless to say, Spud sleeps in the closet now.
... wait... Children don't sleep in the closet... oops...
Well, Spud needs A) more sleep and B) a quiet, dark, discrete place to sleep. Unfortunately, the only quiet place I can get for him in our crampt little apartment is a closet in the bedroom that I excavated last night. Hopefully the additional and more peaceful sleep will aid Spud in his feather-picking problems as well as other behavioral problems. We have a bunch of other things to do, but hey, we'll get through them.
In other news... while Spud had a very nice and restful night of sleep, I slept like CRAP. So now I feel awful, I have a headache, and I feel sick to my stomache. Wonderful!
BUT!
Golden Compass comes out today! HOORAY!!!!
