Insurance/medical woes

Primera officially sucks balls. They're forcing me to get a physicians authorization for a medication I've been on for 10 months, and the fax number that they gave to send the form to doesn't work. There's just a bounce-back response from the company saying that they don't do that there. WTF. Assholes. I've been without my medication for several weeks now and I'm just freaking miserable. Famotadine can only do so much, and I'm worried that if this keeps up then I'll get an ulcer or something else unpleasant like that.

AND. I have my follow up appointment tomorrow morning for the effexor to see how its working out. I honestly don't know what to say to the doctor. I'm still tired all the time and I feel like I'm about in the same mental state that I was before while on the lexapro. I'm just so tired that its hard to function. Granted that its a little better with the effexor, but still, the tiredness sets on with the force of a ton of bricks. I just start yawning and can hardly keep my eyes open. Urg. The worst part is, the caffine that I've relied on for so long to get me through these slumps, now makes me jittery and shakey and makes my acid reflux worse.

Please, God, let me find something that works.
