(no subject)
six days in and this year is already going by too fast. i had my first, "oh man i wish i had my camera moment". dan stayed over last night after i cleaned my room as much as i could. we were hanging out on the couch watching jon & kate plus 8 and i felt terrible and sick. we were asleep on the non-pulled-out couch before 1am. tonight i guess it was his turn to feel like death because we had to bring him home at like 6. after dropping him off, my dad went to this convenience store that i've never seen on tecumseh and jefferson, i think. anyway, we were parked in front of these old, peeling, red and white fat-lettered signs that said JUICES (with a picture too!) and POP. the pop was barely legible and oh so perfect. i wanted to go in and ask if they were planning to get new signs and if so, could i take the old ones. this was my first "why didn't i bring my camera???" moment of the year, and hopefully one of my lasts. i've been taking less and less photos each month of 2008 and i would like to curb this behavior.
so Lost on Space Channel is getting really good. right now it's a Ben backstory and i forgot how much i love him.
