sad/happy times
well this weekend was rough for alot of people. One of my very good and dear friend Karen died along with her mom and sister in a car accident. she had worked with me at The church here in Louisville. and we had such an amazing impact on all she worked with and the students she was involved with. I was reminded how short life was and that time is not in our hands. There were two choices that i could have chose. One get angry at God and give up on my faith. Or praise God for taking her home. i choose the second one. we all need to realize that we dont know if we will live a minute from now and i have to ask this question are you glorifying God in every minute of the day. i know that i do not. It kinda scares me to think that i might not get to do things that i thought i need to do. but God is Good. And as i and other people go down to mississippi for the funeral i ask that we be witnesses and we will be able to rejoice over her life.
