I never make intros into communities, but I figured "what the hey? Why not make one..." so here we go. I'm Jess, 19 years old, and I saw The Notebook the day it came out and read the book a few weeks before it was released in theatres. I dragged my boyfriend with me, who was fully intent on taking a nap because it's a "chick flick", but he soon got interested (he loved the cars and the clothes of the era). The way Allie and Noah act with each other in the movie was too close to the way my boyfriend and I act around each other, even when Noah and Allie were arguing. I guess the biggest surprise of it all was leaning over to find that I wasn't the only one crying, but my boyfriend- who never cries at anything- was crying too. Having him later say "You'll always be my Allie" to me was a plus too. :)
Oh yes, wonderful community layout, looking at it reminds me to motivate myself into creating a "Notebook" inspired layout for one of my journals.
