I am the epitome of cool. I stayed in all night in my parents house, laying on the couch and watching Peter Pan. I need one of those holiday stickers, except mine would say, "I missed the party of 2005!"
I admit I went out dancing this afternoon, but I was kind of beat and sat around a lot, when I wasn't dodging the dirty old man that kept wandering around the edge, picking up the youngest girls he could find (I got caught for the last dance of the party by him, and had total skeevies. Sure, there were some perfectly nice elderly gentlemen at the dance, but he was the only one that gave me the creepers, and he was like sixty. And he stood to close. And he kept breathing on me, and tried to not let me go at the end. I'm a polite sort of person, but, shudder.)
So tonight, I hanged out with my sister, carefully not sharing any food or drink items, since she has the flu. As does my mother. And father. Happy Holidays, everyone!
On a funny note,
my mother got into my shopping last night, and weirded herself out. Apparently, purple underwear is crazy talk. I told her it was either that or the red thong, and thought her eyebrows were going to shoot off of her forehead.
I guess I just keep the black bra debate to myself.
