Mat, you can easily tell that he was trying to suck up to you so you can get in on this LJ drama and be on his side. So now that it is almost saturday and you didnt really saqy much in this post, he finds you of no use whatsoever so he cancels the occassion.

That or I really wanted Mat to give me a ride to El Rodeo because I haven't had it in forever and then today at work I was informed that I had to be at a meeting at 9 in the morning and therefore had to cancel.

Transportation to El Rodeo = Always useful
