Various reactions to be put in order later:

--FIRSTLY I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY HOW DELIGHTED I AM THAT THE CROW REALLY ARE LITTLE ORPHANS THAT THE VATICAN TOOK IN FOR NEFARIOUS PURPOSES. THAT IS HILARIOUS AND SO HOSHINO.

Ok, that is Link as a hobo orphan child. RABI YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT THE NEWSBOY HAT. I'll admit I expected him to have been kidnapped by the Church a little younger, but it's kind of hard to gauge everyone's ages by single flashback panels. He's proportioned like he's mmmaaaybe 13? But I'm thinking it really ought to be more like 10 or even a bit younger. (after awkwardly googling what 10 year-olds look like, he could be anywhere from 9-14 :/a)

--idjshdfds just, gah, this chapter. Amazing. LINK'S TSUNTSUN IS AMAZING.

--Also what the crap, Mangastream? Why are you reading innuendo into everything? Gawd, LET ME SEE THOSE RAWS, THAT CAN'T ACTUALLY BE WHAT'S ON THERE. (Also other translation booboos)

--Thank you Hoshino, for following up on Link's subplot. You are the sweetest Author ever. EVER. Even though it's just stuff that was hinted at in earlier chapters with Link making faces, she really did actually follow through with the hints and I am DELIGHTED. \o\ /o/ Mangastream seems to have missed a dialogue box on Link's feelings about the Thirds being Thirds however.

--I like how Timcampy didn't try to eat Link even though he had Allen tied up, hahaha. Compared to how he was like HISSSSSSSSSSSS when Tevak tried to attack him XD...

AFTER REREADING A BUNCH OF TIMES I HAVE DETERMINED
The sequence of events for Link happened as follows:
--Noah clear out, Order deals with aftermath stuff.
--Link goes to collect Allen and Allen tells him he wishes he had trusted him more.
--Allen doesn't say anything else after that
--Allen goes in ze dungeon
--Link is charged with interrogation and continues to keep an eye on him
--Central is providing the food, probably the guards bring it in
--Link stops by to basically sit in silence with Allen because Allen won't talk. He also won't eat (Link thinks he's paranoid). Mostly he sleeps.
--LINK BROODS FOR DAYS ABOUT THE LAST WORDS ALLEN SPOKE TO HIM
--Link makes a report to Central (a board of Cardinals?) and during the meeting gets confirmation that Allen's paranoia wasn't unfounded. (Also has lots of feelings)
--Link marches over to the cafeteria and demands Jerry prepare Allen a meal
--Link marches over to the dungeon to make sure Allen eats TSUNTSUNTSUN
--Allen decides to apologize for what he said
--Link TSUNTSUNTSUNTSUN (tells Allen about his childhood as a show of trust and to accept Allen's sentiments).
--INADVERTENTLY TRIGGERS NOAHTIEMS APPARENTLY

Random notes in general:
--Despite(?) orphan past Link seems naive in certain ways: Girls on his bed, Rouvelier, thinking Central wouldn't be low enough to mess with Allen's food
--The fact that Tevak refers to Link as "Lin-niisama" and Madarao as "Niisama" also seems at odds with their background (not that I blame Hoshino for winging some things, since Link seems to have sort of accidentally developed into a chara).
--The Crow have very little sense of the worth of their lives. They especially think their lives are only worthwhile if they use it for the purpose of the Church: see Tokusa, see fate of the Thirds (and their willingness to go through with it)
