Age: Cirno's age is never really established (wiki says she's over 60; damn she looks good for her age xD), but she appears to be between the ages of 10 and 13. But for clerical reasons, let's just go with 11.

Character Personality:
Cirno is an idiot. Let us just state that outright, because frankly that can't be said enough. Convincing herself that she is the strongest in all of Gensokyo, that's probably the furthest from the truth one could possibly get. She is definitely not as awesome as she makes herself out to be, and is in fact a very useless individual--although most fairies tend to be anyway. She is still quite possibly the strongest fairy; that's not really something one should necessarily be proud of, though.
Childish and bratty, it isn't beyond her to pull pranks. In fact, that seems to be a hobby for this little fairy. With the power to freeze things, she is often seen using that to do such things as freezing frogs and letting them thaw out for her own pleasure, or other equally foolish things. She genuinely takes pleasure out of being absolutely annoying, and you know what? She does a pretty good job of it.
Because Cirno thinks that she's the best, she takes things like being called an idiot very seriously. How dare you call the strongest stupid! You're the stupid one! Do you know who the hell she is?! But in all seriousness, comments like that do get to her eventually, and even the strongest can get down (even if she tries not to show it). She's also not very good at come-backs, but that also comes with the lack of intelligence thing.
Something can be said that for her lack of intelligence, Cirno certainly makes up for that in pure determination. To the point of beyond dangerous, she is not one to back down or run away from things unless completely and absolutely necessary (Reiuji's scary!!). This girl never really knows when to give up, even when it's blatantly obvious that she is going to lose. Pride is something that's huge for her, and she has assured herself that she is the best and the strongest. Would the strongest run away in the face of adversary? Hell no they wouldn't! With quite the shounen hero complex, Cirno is definitely the type to step in when a friend of hers is in trouble, usually crossing her arms with a self-assured smile and a line about how she--the strongest--will get them out of the mess that they made.
Unfortunately, it almost never turns out that way. But at least she tries.
Character Abilities: As an ice fairy, Cirno's abilities follow that archetype. Able to manipulate the temperature around her to make it extremely cold, she can also, logically, freeze things. This power is usually exploited on the local flora and fauna, particularly the frog population around the pond which she calls home. One of her favorite past times is freezing them and watching them thaw again, which works maybe a fraction of the time; otherwise the poor things shatter.
Character Weaknesses:
Her tenacity is perhaps Cirno's greatest strength and weakness. She is by no means strong, but firmly believes that she can beat anyone that she goes after, and this tends to get her thrashed on multiple occasions (or worse, people look down upon her). She also has a hard time with fire for very obvious reasons, and anyone who is directly related to it--see Reiuji.

Why your character should be a Weapon:
Why shouldn't Cirno be a weapon? Clearly she believes herself to be the strongest out of anyone, so any weapon that she would try to wield herself would be completely inadequate. So, instead of being terribly dissatisfied with potential weapons and being a weapon-less meister, we have a bit of a mini-Excalibur on the rise. Except she won't ask you to learn 1,000 rules, or sing a song about her, although the latter will probably win you so brownie points.

In her most basic form, Cirno is an ice pick; and not even a very interesting-looking one at that.

Cirno's soul is a little aqua-colored orb with what seems to be a perma-grin on its face. Sitting on top of its little "head" is a blue bow, as well as six icicles affixed behind it to look like wings.
