OK, so after 3 years and 3 months working in an emergency room, I can officially say that the crazy things usually happen around a full moon. I am not one to be superstitious, but it's true.
If you looks outside, its allllmost full, tomorrow night it is, and today Abala pharmacy burned down!
For those who don't know, Abala is RIGHT across the street from my work, and it caught fire and the whole building burned today. We took some boxes over there to salvage the drugs that could be salvaged, and it's just BLACK everywhere. I feel bad cause one of the lab tech's wife owns it, and he's THE nicest guy.
I have to digress though, and mention the firefighters. One of the perks of my job is the constant influx of paramedics/EMTS/Firefighters, and you get so used to these guys who are either A) your age or B)50+ being these IMMATURE, womanizing, chew-chewing lame asses, (with FEW exceptions) but when they have to go to work, its the most amazing thing. And I especially don't get see the firefighters in full gear with axes and hoses, and it's SO TIGHT. Like paramedics can come in with a code 3 and still be on their full game, but fires usually don't make it through the doorway.

I want to marry a firefighter/medic...I really do. Stupid me.
