Cruz Fends Off Challenge from O'Rourke in Texas Senate Race - But the nation knows who Beto O'Rourke is now and this voter likes what she hears. I would not be surprised if this guy is president some day. Cruz? Not so much.
We won the House! \o/ But, you know, no matter what, Trump will spin it all as a victory for him. Because he never loses, at least, in his own mind.
Guys, you don't even know how emotional I am right now. I have never in my life been scared of where my country is, not even in Bush, Jr.'s administration, but when Trump became a viable candidate, I was scared. When he won, I was terrified of where he'd take us, and, indeed, where he's taken us has been down a very dark and ugly road, but tonight... Tonight I have a glimmer of hope we can turn it around. Please.
So welcome all you beautiful new Democrats to Congress! You get him, hard.
