Meh. Last week I was 204, this week I am also 204. That's no loss, but no gain.
I've started doing crunches, even though I hate them and they make me sick. But last week we had Joe's 26th birthday party, and so there was lots of food and I pigged out. I ended up with something like...3 party points left, so I honestly am not surprised I didn't loose anything.
