Halloween get?
I...don't actually have a meme to work on. It...feels kinda odd.
But what I do have are gloves for my Luigi costume! It's all done, and it was pretty easy to do. All I needed was the hat, a green long-sleeved shirt (harder to find than I expected...), a pair of overalls that matched the color scheme I was looking for, and cool white gloves. And instead of a hokey looking fake mustache I just grew out my own (which, fyi, I cannot wait to shave after Halloween it is so itchy and annoying right now)
I was a little worried that I was too fat to be Luigi, but after putting on the costume for a test drive I can say that I am pretty pleased with how it came together. I'll be wearing the costume all day tomorrow at work, and then again on Sunday night. (On Sunday we'll be having the birthday get together and I'm...not exactly sure what we're gonna do after that, but I'm gonna find something so I can have a reason to go out with my Mario)
I've never worn overalls before tonight either! Man-time TMI- They aren't tight or anything, if anything they're kinda loose around the legs and stomach...but they show off an uncomfortable amount of my...er...unmentionables, and it's kinda noticeable. I tend to have this problem with a lot of pants and jeans though, so I think I can think of some ways to try and make it less noticeable, but it's still kinda annoying :/
Anyways, other than that there's not much to report. I picked up P3P after a month of inactivity and finally forced myself through the October full moon. *sob* The changes in Minako's story are interesting, and the only thing that annoys me is Ken's voice. I mean, seriously. I just don't care for the way he speaks. He emphasizes things strangely, and...It's hard to articulate just what I don't like about it. His whole tone is kinda weird in general. Mona Marshall does do a good job screaming though. I think I need to hear her do some other voices, because I don't care for her Ken at all, and I'm not a big fan of her Shu (Blue Dragon) either.
