Day 19- Picture of a game setting you wished you lived in
I was actually going to go all out and find a picture for this meme when I realized…most video game worlds are awful places to live. They may be exiciting to visit or experience, but to be a regular NPC in most game worlds often includes enslavement/harsh treatment/random encounters and death.
Day 20- Favorite Genre
Oh that’s an easy one. RPG, especially JRPG series. Final Fantasy, Tales, Xenosaga, Lost Odyssey, Baten Kaitos, Breath of Fire, Star Ocean….<33
Day 21- Game with the best story
This is impossible to answer. I love the story of so many games and they all bring different flavors. The Xenosaga series is religious symbolism ontop of giant mechas (...Evangelion…?) with disturbed characters and messed up relationships while Persona 3 is dark anime in game form exploring life, death, free will, relationships to others, choices ect.
So it’s hard to pick…though P3 does have everything that I love in a games story (memorable and three-dimensional characters, plot filled with intrigue, mystery, drama, humor, romance and action, great locations and developments…mmmm…developments…)
