((ooc: Iris cannot be seen in the dream. Everyone who views it can see said dream through her eyes. Even though Phoenix is calling her 'Dollie', he is still referring to Iris. Spoilers for T&T~))
At first, Iris thought she had woken up from a dreamless slumber. A few things were amiss: Ammy wasn't by her side, she wasn't lying in her bed anymore, nor was she inside her cottage in Espoir.
She looked around and found herself in one of courtyards of Ivy University, sitting under the shade of an old Oak tree. What added more to her confusion was the nun wasn't alone napping in that particular spot. Her shock, however, was soon replaced with a quiet sense of wonder. Beside her was a very young Phoenix Wright wearing a very familiar pink sweater. He was leaning on the tree's trunk; His sketchpad and pencils were laid out on the other side.
After brushing a few stray hairs away from his forehead, Iris couldn't help but smile at the sight. Phoenix's expression was calm, serene even. It seemed like her Feenie didn't have any care in the world. He looked so guileless, so peaceful that waking him up now would be a down right shame.
That is... until Iris checked her watch for the time.
"Ah! Feenie! Feenie!" she shook the boy's shoulders as gently as she could. "Feenie! Wake up! Oh please, wake up!"
"Hrmm? Dollie?" Phoenix yawned and opened his eyes blearily, placing a lazy buss on her temple. "Wha-hmm is it?"
"D-Drawing class," Iris sputtered out, a little surprised by the peck. "You'll--You'll be late for drawing class!"
"Drawing class...?" he yawned again, nuzzling his head on the girl's shoulder. It took him a while but this little piece of news finally dawned on Phoenix Wright in 3... 2... 1. "AHHHHHHH! DRAWING CLASS!"
He sat up suddenly, quickly slinging his backpack over his shoulder. Phoenix took off, forgetting his all important sketchpad and pencils on the ground. The girl picked them up without a second thought.
"Ah! Feenie! Your--" Iris was about to go after him when the boy came running back, taking the pad and pencils off her hands.
"Sorry!" he said, giving her a quick kiss on the lips. "I gotta go. I'll walk you home later, okay?"
"A-all right. Bye Feenie."
"Bye~!"
And off he went.
Iris woke up with a sigh. Although the dream was a very happy one, she couldn't help but feel a little torn about it. The dream was one of the fondest memories she had ever had when she and Phoenix were together. But it seemed like the dream came at a bad time. The defense attorney recently disappeared and the nun couldn't but feel a little melancholic about it.
"I guess I just... I miss him."
She'll worry about how other people will react to her dream later.
