give it up for the C.
thank god for the new big three: paul pierce, kevin garnett and ray allen. also to the rest of the Boston Celtics. at last, after more than 20 years of waiting (since 1986 imagine that), they're champions once again. and it's just about time for KG to have a ring on his own.
i am actually a SA Spurs fan, but since it was just lakers and celtics at the finals, i reserved my cheers for the boston champs (anyone but kobe bryant!). actually if it weren't for phil jackson (whom i love dearly ever since the chicago bulls days), whose holding head coach position in LA, i would've wished for lakers' downfall XD. although i must say that we really have to give it to the boys, and their coach doc rivers for putting up an excellent play, good line up with everyone scoring and defending goals effectively. i was even surprised with rondo, who usually had poor shooting during the previous games, because he made such an excellent contribution to this final game. i really would have been depressed if there would be game 7! i so wanted them to win that i would actually say jinxes every time lakers would get free throws and wish that they would miss it (it worked at times though, or so i believed it did. LOL). but it has always been a good game, those 6. celtics had the perfect men working insside and outside the court, nicely laid offense play, and incomparable defense. makes me a happy happy fan! +)
