so last night was indeed friday night in some ways
saw rent the movie. which was awkward and fantastic but mostly fantastic.
ahh rent :)
then i went to bed at 3am and had an interesting dream about rent, south africa, the union, and friends.
in particular i remember jy and currun were mixed together and he/she wanted to go work for an ibank and i was trying to get him/her to change his/her mind. it was intense, yo.
also half of it was in xhosa. i remember this only because after i woke up my sister messaged me asking what my msn profile meant. (umntu ngumntu ngabantu-- people are people because of other people) and i remembered for a moment this phrase that i was tripping over in my sleep. im pretty sure it was in the negative form. maybe it was 'asimbonanga', which i think means 'we did not see (it)'... but that's all i remember now.
