What's the story, morning glory?
Hahahaha that's stanley's tagline. I just came back from supper at outram park bak kut teh with two of my very close friends and their friend! 8) I feel really blessed now.
I love the word beautiful.
Someone who is beautiful doesn't have to be flawless. He/ she can be flawed, yet still so,.... i can't find the word desirable and fabulous?!?
I think my friends are beautiful.
Over the years I am exposed to more and more people but I still find that the best persons I ever met are my rvfriends :}
Take for example those two guys, they're the epitome of beautiful.
They're not flawless, they're crude haha, playfully mean but they have the kindest souls in the world :) They are very true and real people. They treat people with sincerity and they care about other people's emotions.
I remember how one of them liked to tease me in secondary school, pull pranks on me, go all the way out to make me feel stupid haha but once he realised I don't feel good, he'd put a stop to it immediately. His face would be so full of remorse even though he tries hard to hide it. He would then use other subtle means to make up for it while still pretending not to care at all. That's men's ego i guess hehe. 6 years down the road he's still the same wonderful friend he was :)
From a childish guy who loves to bully me, he became my confidante. I drew a lot of strength from him in hwachong, up till now :) He will always act as if he can't be bothered but after a while, he'll start caring and make me pour my heart out :> I think he's always there when I cry hahahaha by the squash court in hwachong, at holland village ;> He'll inject like really sweet comments to try to make me feel better or he'll swear and curse like a monster to the extent it gets funny hahahaha. He's like a bigggg brother to me, always there, fending off monsters for me. His hugeee size complements his character in my life! Hmm I think the word 'harmless' is really apt on him. :)
The other guy is a bit more sensitive. He could tell I was drifting off during supper and quickly pulled me back in. V.nice!!! His lingo is a mix of chinese, eng and hokkien. He's really relatable I feel like I'm back in rv whenever I talk to him. Beautiful soul. Specially texted me to ask if I'm safe back home even though I got a lift to the foot of my block, told me to cheer up and sleep well deyyyy ahahaha
I'm still smiling even though I've left them. Their energy is too contagious. :):)
I'm blessed with many beautiful souls in my life who care about me. I don't ask to be taken care of. But somehow the people around me are so full of love, they share without inhibition. They bring out the loving girl in me too i really think so!!!! :)
Even in univ I have great friends so I haven't lost hope in uni HEHE. Kian sin!! Really thank you for ALWAYS offering to take my stuff for me. Too sweet really hahaha I still owe you a card :( I'll really give it to you!!! And of cuz yonghong!!!!!!! :):)
Although this is realll cliché but I really think that these friends pick me up when I fall, every single time <3
I love my girls too but I guess because they're girls it's so much harder to gather all of them for spontaneous activities. But nevertheless I love talking to all of you on fb/ twitter/ whatsapp :> FAN i know your name is spelt fan, fag, christina and eunice esp <3<3 I'm so glad all of you are managing well! Rmb I'm always here as a fountain of strength for y'all!!!
I am so so so grateful tonight I thank my lucky stars for all my beautiful friends tonight :)
And I will learn to treasure only those people who care which is quite a lot hehehe
