Prom Night in the Enchanted Forest!
Walking into the Great Hall will feel like walking into an actual Enchanted forest. Sylvie put Cade in charge of plants. He put together an army of underclassmen and with the right charms they were able to cover almost the entire hall with greenery and flowers. The original idea had been Evil Queen and king consort, and that had lasted maybe a few hours before he realized he was tired and had done the whole impressive robes thing at the Valentine's dance, and so he had arrived less as king consort and more as the queen's favorite.
It was a study in romantic déshabillé. Black velvet trousers and waistcoat, and a black shirt with a red cravat rakishly undone, leaving him matching Sylvie in everything, including a little cleavage. His jewelry matched her crown, he didn't wear one, and there was no question who would be way more comfortable at the end of the night. Which was very useful as he fussed with a trellis. Amazing feats of herbology can be done very, very quickly, but it's left him incredibly nervous something is going to go wrong any minute.

Blue thinks he looks better at this dance than the last one. The green suit Sofie put him is better than the pink one. It's a more casual look in general. Think white shirts, untucked and no tie.

"I just took directions and found people to help," he lets go of the flower he's fussing with and goes to wipe his hands on his trousers before he remembers they're really nice and starts looking around for a napkin or something, "Sofie has good taste too."

"I'll leave you two to it," Dae doesn't mind being single, although he has to admit he liked some of it and his friends do look really happy.

"You look amazing!" Val said. "But I knew you would." Val was rocking a flowy rainbow colored dress with matching wings. She charmed her hair long and with multicolored stripes.

"Thank you, you look...magical! Your wings are amazing," he stepped away from what he really didn't need to be doing to give her his full attention.

"It does seem a little like you could trip if you weren't careful," she seems like the kind of girl who wouldn't have a problem with it, but still, "You made an entrance so you can probably change it now, if you wanted to."

"I'll definitely fix it before I dance again," Val said. "You and Sylvie did such a good job on the dance. It's so beautiful in here."

"Thanks, Sylvie had a really good vision, we just had to execute it," he'd been a little surprised at how many younger students had been willing to help, but it had been much easier to take care of the plants for this dance than the Valentine's one had been. Amazing, what you can do with just a few more resources.

"You'll have to send me pictures," he smiles bigger so he doesn't have to feel a little sad about it.

"We will," it her then and she frowns. Someone could see her thought process by watching her face fall. She went from being to confused to sad. "You won't be here. Aubrey won't be here. Jax won't be here....and Blue. Oh...that's very sad." She's had a little to drink.
