Sofie has the exact right idea, because Catalina had much the same idea only with the sports and finance sections of the Prophet. It's a luxury to read it through at her leisure without anyone staring after it waiting for their turn, sure, Ravenclaw collectively holds five subscriptions to the Prophet but somehow there's always a couple fourth years that very specifically want her copy, "Who do you like for the Wasps versus the Bats next week? The Bats seem better for it but I have to admit it would be nice for the Wasps to justify my loyalty for once."
