haha it's so weird that you mention dreams! I had one last night of our whole family. We were having a family reunion on this tiny little boat that was actually a huge house on the inside. For some reason the boat was in a marsh and wouldn't actually sail. And you know how when we were kids we didn't know everyone's name? it was kind of like that, random people kept coming in and out and Betsy was trying to keep track of them on her clipboard. To get on the boat you had to walk down this really steep hill that you could only get down by running or else you'd fall. So the whole family was standing on the bank of the hill and you'd run into someone's arms and give them a huge hug, and then run down a little more to the next person. I remember that when I got to you I gave you a huge hug and started to cry because I missed you so much. Same thing with Meg. And the purpose of the reunion was to combine our knowledge and build the world's largest rube goldberg machine (great video of what I'm talking about here ... )

today on the freeway i saw a sign for an exit called Placentia, and i couldn't help but smile and think of you haha
