Hello, Author!
I want to thank you in advance for offering to write one of my favorite little fandoms! I don't know what you're writing for me, but I'm pre-excited already.
I love fluff. I love angst. I love gen. I love adventures and humor and I love deep character pieces. I ADORE post-canon fic and missing scenes, and I won't say no to an AU, but not if it changes the entire premise of the canon (like Hogwarts AUs). I'm open to a judicious use of original characters and crossovers (what other fandoms I'm into is too long to list; my tumblr is probably the best guide).
ETA: Re-reading my letter, I noticed a theme, and that theme is "I requested [Character], but you should use anyone else from the canon that you want!" So apparently I also love ensemble fic and never realized it until now. Yuletide teaches us so many things about ourselves.
My only real dislikes are extreme violence, character bashing, or dub/non-con. I would prefer not to receive smut, especially if it's the whole focus of the story.

Oxford Time Travel Universe (Colin Templer)
The first time I read Blackout/All Clear, I was blown away by Colin's transformation from overeager kid to this honest-to-god tragic Knight In Shining Armor. And as lovely a job as Willis did establishing the grownup version, I hate that we missed out on seeing Colin's evolution - not just how the events changed him, but also his relationship with time travel. I would love to see fic that explores all of Colin's growing up and how he stepped up and took this huge responsibility of finding the missing historians. Post-All Clear fic would be awesome as well -- what does he do after Polly and Dunworthy are home? Does he still want to time travel and study history or is he over it? I only requested Colin, but please pull in as many characters as you want!
Heist Society (Katarina Bishop, W.W. Hale V)
Full disclosure, I have only read the first two books but 1) will be reading Perfect Scoundrels soon and 2) that does not stop me from needing Kat/Hale fic and needing it right now. I adore them and how their relationship works - the snarkiness, the genuine care for one another, and the disagreements about how to deal with their line of work. And their line of work is my favorite part of the story - all the crazy names for heist strategies and the history that comes with thieving - so something heist-adjacent would be awesome, be it a story about a con or dating shenanigans while on the job. I absolutely adore their team (especially Gabrielle) so please use them as much as you would like!
Dalemark Quartet (Moril Clennenson)
(I am just going to copy what I wrote last year, as my wants needs have not changed.) You guys, we need to talk about Moril. He really is the tragic character of the series. He had so much responsibility dropped onto him at a young age--not just with the death of Clennen and Kialan and all that, but also coming into control of the cwidder's power. Everything that happened at Flenpass, and using the cwidder to send people to the past, or even keep an entire battle from crashing down on their heads. And then you have Hestefan's horrible betrayal on top of it all. That's a lot for one kid. So basically, this is a long way of saying that I need post-Crown fic. Did he become a spy in the Uprising like his father? How did he adjust to the changing role of Singers? Please use as many other characters from the books as you would like. I only put Moril because I didn't want to limit you in choosing other characters to use.
Justified (Loretta McCready, Raylan Givens)
I have a LOT of concerns about Loretta, you guys. While from a plotting standpoint I'm glad her storyline ended when it did, I'm always wondering what happens to that character. She escaped Harlan, but as we've seen with Raylan, can she ever really leave? I would really love to see fic about where her life goes -- does she get sucked back in to some Harlan crime scheme (and which side of the law is she on)? Or does she really leave Harlan for good and have to adjust to life in a more normal world? I included Raylan in the request because their stories are so intertwined, but I wouldn't mind if you focused just on Loretta or expanded to include more characters.
