Next to Godliness
So, I decided to clean my house... Over two weeks ago.
I got on a kick and haven't been able to stop.
Well, tonight has to have been my favorite part.
I rented a steam cleaner and cleaned my carpets and couch and all the throw pillows, etc...
I know that I am more than slightly odd, but I woke up at 4:30 this morning giddy in anticipation knowing I would get to use a steam cleaner tonight :)
This time I rented one with all kinds of nifty attachments. Yay!
Now my house smells like Ammonia, Lysol and Windex.... What wonderful smells. They are the smells of a clean house.
I think I can finish up by tomorrow. I can't put the furniture back until tomorrow because the carpets are so wet.
But at the moment all the furniture is squenched in my kitchen (A couch, papasan chair, table with 2 chairs, 2 barstools, floor lamp, coffee tables, 2 end tables and a trashcan)and nothing is in my living room... I can't wait to finish cleaning :)
