We played a super good show on Saturday. A lot of energy amongst us and the crowd was dancing their asses off. The windows at Sol Arte Cafe were steamed up from it all. The following day after the show our myspace received over 80 plays and 22 friend requests. We added a new member, Mitch, who is really talented and adds a lot to the band. I cant wait to record our new songs. It seems like the people who I am starting to really consider my friends are the ones that come and support me. Melissa, Stephanie are pretty much the only ones that have made it consistently to them. Well there is another group too but they arent really my friends, more of the oscha kids.
Last night I was at Chris' birthday party in Santa Ana. His brothers are super gangster but really nice although extremely intimidating. Well these greasers starting talking and looking like they were gonna get in a fight so I went over there to watch. No one around was paying too much attention but then a shove started and some punches. All of a sudden his brother pulled out his gun and started to shoot into the air. So many people jumped to the ground but I just stood there, fuck getting grass stains. There were probably 100 people there. After the shots about 20, if that stayed. The police never came. Santa Ana is a pretty scary place I suppose.
