meme [you should get on the tramp again]
I've been told there's a meme going around.
Fic I'm supposed to be working on:
- the one where the world ends and Joan complains - Joan of Arcadia, for the apocalyptothon - post series fic wherein the gang beats Ryan, the world ends and the Girardis move to Canada. hopefully, it'll be a lot less cracked out than it sounds.
- the one with the old guys - NCIS for remixredux - seriously, gods of remix? WHY do I always get the manslash? though, okay. at least this year it's something I've actually seen before. but still. OLD MAN PARTS!
- the thing for the brain twin's birthday/Christmas/Chinese New Year - that would be telling - teenage angst, mix CDs and bad poetry.
this thing has pissed me off so much that I've abandoned it for something else. except, like, I know the new thing is really just a short term affair I'm having out of spite for this thing. and the sex isn't even that good, so. I'm so late with this, it's nowhere near funny.
- the AU series - Birds of Prey comicverse, Dinah/Shiva - this is the kind of fairytale parents tell their kids to scare them into behaving.
every time I touch a piece of the canon I'm reminded just why I fell in love with this idea in the first place. but, of course, current canon is treading insanely close to what was total AU when I dreamt it up last year. I'm kind of waiting it out, seeing where canon takes us and just how fracked up the verse is going to be post crisis.
- the one that every NCIS femslasher has to write - NCIS, Ziva/Jen - wine, dust and lies in language.
I love that people haven't been shying away from sharing their own version of Ziva and Jen's past together, even though there are at lest four or five different stories out there now. this is mine.
- the series that fits into canon scary easily - NCIS, season 1 & 2 Kate/Ziva - willful ignorance is bliss.
yeah, I don't know either. except, like. IT WORKS LIKE WOAH. also, it is beyond hot.

- the replacement thing for the brain twin - again with the telling - this thing is SO CRACKED. and really fun to write. because of the CRACK. and the idea stealing.

- Dream Awake - Wicked musicalverse for the five kisses meme, G(a)linda centric - woven through canon and with a random theme of dreams. destiny is what it makes of you.
- the one with the pirate jokes - Wicked RPFS, Stephanie J Block/Jenna Leigh Green with Kendra and Sebastian for variety - the core four veg out after a show and watch Tampa be invaded by drunk people seeking beads. then Steph and Jenna do sex.
basically, this is what happens when you mix Hope, a Wicked!high, fake pirates and bad beer together, shake well and serve with a side of smut.
- the one where everyone is gay - Degrassi TNG, Paige/Alex and Marco/Spinner - future!fic with gay weddings and gay babies. this thing deserves its own category ("Fic that is a sign of the end of the world"), that's how cracked out it is.
- the one with the fucking snow - USWNT RPFS for the current picfor1000 round, Hope & Abby - Hope loses a bet, there is snow and snark. not self insertion fic, I swear. REALLY!
