[ b'elanna had been running on nerve and any coffee that she could grab for the past few days. after yet anoter systems failure she'd been crawling around various jeffries tubes to get to the problem. the jeffries tubes, sonic showers, lights, warp drive and the comm system was down - which made coordinating repairs and seeing if something worked difficult. pulling her engineering kit along with her, she couldn't wait till this was over, even till she could get into a sonic shower and wipe the grease away.
b'elanna opened the panel, mutting complaints and curses under her breath. another gel pack had gone along with the system. she shut her eyes for a brief moment, looking around when she saw the light around her when she opened them. her confined jeffries tube was no longer her location, instead an unfamiliar corridor. things had just gotten worse ]
