[ Anyone who's walking in the hallways near the observation deck will see a relatively short, incredibly skinny green skinned man suddenly walk out of Random Door #1. He's talking to thin air and seems to be starting in the middle of a conversation when he came here. He's not paying any attention to his surroundings either, instead his focus is on the device in his hands. It looks similar to a PADD, but it's not quite the same, though it seems to have the same purpose. ]
