[ kira had been walking, trying to see what it was with this place and to get used to it. it didn't feel right, too empty and the promenade just didn't seem right without the life, the shops. even quark, but she'd never admit it. she'd made her way now to the observation deck - at least this was something to do, there wasn't exactly a job for her in ops. when she saw the woman she stayed where she was, not wanting to disturb her just by her trying to find her way ]
