[ kira had a (quark-shaped) headache when she arrived, so she didn't think much of it intensifying a bit. that tended to happen when one was temporally kidnapped. thankfully she had her phaser with her and was roaming the halls with it. she'd already found out from a particularly helpful wall panel that this was shtel nor, a cardassian station apparently out of use for a good handful of decades - those decades being almost two-hundred years in the future. apparently cardassian design hadn't changed much.
thus the station had one very unhappy major, looking for someone to hold responsible, and feeling much more shooty than she was chatty. with a less-than-hopeful expression, she tapped her commbadge, as if she'd already done so multiple times to unfavorable results. ]
