special progessional
life is going pretty well. hectic a lot of the times, but its worth it. I'm now assistant concert director for next year at UCR. I'm definitely going to be doing a lot for the school and the kids with the position. My radio show has been picking up a lot of steam. I got station id's from steve choi of RxBandits and Chicken of Dead to Me. I also interviewd Chicken and i have A LOT of people who want to hear the interview. The whole interview was a surreal experience and i was glad that it happened. I am interviewing the phenomenauts this friday and possibly the action design next month and chuck ragan in july.
I finally got my new bike the other day. I just have to change the back tire and i will be mobile for the summer. I'll be in Riverside most of the time, as I have summer school and the radio show and working at borders whenever i get hours. Not to mention booking for the fall quarter. there are a few bands i really want to see at UCR. I talked to Chicken and he said dead to me would love to play so that really makes me happy that there are bands out there today that are so down to earth.
anywho. i don't have much else to say. this summer will rock.
and those shows aren't even the tip of the iceberg.
