This morning is the first time I've stopped my mad race at work in about two weeks. I've been sitting on the couch listening to the birds and suddenly the magical tinkles of a group of cedar waxwings wafted through the window. I raced outside and there was a whole flock of them eating berries and persimmons. This happend last weekend also and it was such a rare experience - cedar waxwings move in large groups and are pretty rare to see in the "suburbs."
I was blessed to get a couple pretty good pictures! Aren't these birds magically beautiful?
