I miss my Louisville friends

25 hours of work...
Not enough hours for sleep...
No time at all for school work...
I wish I could fast-forward to Thursday. (Go ahead life, I dare you to make me eat my words!) I'll be finished with my PHI 530 paper, I won't have to work until Saturday, and I'll be headed to Louisville with Tommy until then. Unfortunately, Erin won't be there as previously thought/hoped. :(
I've officially decided against going to grad school for Philosophy. I LOVE the subject matter, but let's be realistic...there's no way that I could get into, say, Michigan Ann Arbor, or anywhere worthwhile (and if I did, there's no way I could pay for it!). Furthermore, I have no interest in teaching, save being close to the subject matter itself--conferences and other interactions with like-minded people. Soooooooo....I think I'm going to take a year off and work at Metropol. Once I've spent some good time getting my feet wet, maybe I'll go to culinary school or something.
