This and That
It's supposed to rain today. I don't see it happening.
The other day I predicted the surpassing of the American dollar by the loonie. My dad was telling my mom that some sort of milestone had been reached, and I thought "I bet he's going to say that our dollar topped the American dollar today," and that's exactly what he said. I'll never quite know how I knew that.
I am now officially planning on going to see and hear Final Fantasy and Basia Bulat play at Alix Goolden Hall. My mommy got me a ticket a couple days ago. I guess I owe her money, but I'm a little bit short of cash right now.
English is sort of a shitty class right now, which would be disappointing were it not for the fact that Social Studies has become a surprising hit among us Challenge children. After enduring a whole semester of Mrs. Langston last year, being lectured to by Mr. French is like being wrapped in warm blankets and sipping your favourite tea. Makes you feel real sophisticated.
