I'd be more than willing to tutor him

It was with considerable amusement that I read today a report from the Boston Globe that John Kerry (yes that one) is in fact really, really stupid.

If you missed it, Kerry (who quite possibly still needs somebody to chop his meat for him) mustered a pathetic, paltry 76 average while at Yale, which for those of you keeping score is a C. In fact, this is a WORSE GPA THAN GEORGE W. BUSH had even though both were enrolled at very similar times. More pathetically, 40% of Kerry's first year grades were D's, and he maxed out with a C. Furthermore, he got nothing better than a C in his French class despite the fact that he actually lived in French speaking Switzerland. So, in other words, Kerry is a major dumbass. For his best score in his entire time there, he mustered only an 89 and nothing else that near that, whereas George W. pulled off three 88s, and his worst grade was a 69 (his only D) versus Kerry's 61. It's also clear why Kerry lost the election - in political science, he mustered only a 69. Now before somebody jump on me about grade inflation, two points: 1) one of Kerry's professors acknowledged that the average probably would be about 10 points higher today (giving him a B average which is hardly genius level especially given that Ivies tend to inflate grades more than other institutions anecdotal evidence suggests) but more importantly 2) George W. Bush still would have been smarter.

After their undergraduate careers, both attended professional school in Boston, but Bush went to the very prestigious Harvard Business school whereas Kerry could only make it into Boston College law school, at a university more noted for football than academics. Now you may object saying Bush got in with connections only, but besides for the obvious absurdity of this argument given Bush came from a conservative family at a time of extraordinary hatred of conservatives by academia, John Kerry claimed Skull and Bones as a top activity for him at Yale, so in other words, Kerry had the same connections as Bush.

The hilarity of it all is that Kerry was touted by the media as brilliant and "intellectual" (that's the NY Times' word for him), but everybody liked to call Bush stupid. Well, if Bush is stupid, then Kerry is a moron, and since Democrats all of a sudden like hard data about anything that needs confirming, there can be no dispute of this fact given the transcripts. What Kerry attempted to claim as intelligence with his nonsensical campaign ramblings turn out to be evidence of a profoundly uneducated man bereft of the intelligence of his opponent and marks of a man in desperate need of remedial education. So when he said that he voted for funding before he voted against it, it wasn't a nuance; rather, it was an ignorance of the actual meanings of for and against. As some guy who studies IQs said in the wacko-left joke of a newspaper the NY Times, confusion can be a tool to make people think you're smarter than you are. As I said way back in the day, and now am proven correct, George W. Bush displays far greater wisdom by being able to condense difficult topics into simple, readily comprehensible statements rather than idiotic and lengthy ramblings.

Now obviously, Bush didn't exactly have a stellar performance either, but at least he never claimed to be a genius. Do I actually believe that Kerry is that stupid? Maybe not, but I certainly don't think he's a towering intellectual and I furthermore don't think that towering intellect is necessarily a primary prerequisite for the Presidency. This should be the final blow to Kerry's undeserved vanity.

All I can say though is, Thank God the majority of Americans took the Democrats' advice and voted for the smarter candidate - George W. Bush.
